Crystal Scales
Crystal has accomplished many goals in the HOMES Academy pilot program. She has developed independent life skills in shopping, answering and taking phone messages and personally selects what she wears and what she would like to do recreationally. Crystal has also become responsible with very little supervision, for washing, folding and putting her clothing away, preparing her breakfast and lunch and assisting with vacuuming and dish washing. She works on the computer and writes notes to her friends. Crystal bowls and swims every week and participates in the Special Olympics. She also enjoys her summer camp located in North Carolina. She is embraced by her church family Global Dominion Equipping Center. Michael Jackson is at the top of her musical, especially when it comes to dancing.
