H.O.M.E.S. Academy, Inc. became a 501(c)3 non-profit tax exempt organization in 2004. The organization is governed by an executive board with a volunteer director, Jocelyn Scales, who has a developementally challenged daughter.
H.O.M.E.S. takes an active role in assuring the long term welfare of the mentally challenged family.
